Relax at our private waterfront island lodge which boasts the most amazing sunsets that the west coast has to offer! We offer that “old florida” feel while you fish, boat or just relax and watch manatees and dolphins swim in your front yard. This is a rare find for your group or event! The property is accessible by boat only with over a quarter mile of shoreline overlooking the Homosassa River! The main house is 2800 sf and is equipped with a large industrial kitchen and seating in the dining room for up to 16 people. There is a large living room and bar area downstairs, perfect for entertaining and lounging. There is also a daybed in the living area for an additional sleeping option. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms that each sleep 4-5 people with multiple beds in each room. One full bathroom with a tub/shower is shared for all 3 of the upstairs bedrooms. There is also a half bath upstairs. While the main lodge sleeps 14, there is an additional bungalow on the property that has been completely renovated and sleeps up to 4. Boasting 1000 sf, the villa has a mini kitchen and full bathroom and is located above a very large outdoor kitchen on the property. Guests staying at the bungalow must be equipped to walk up and down exterior stairs. The outdoor kitchen features a large grill and tables and benches to accommodate up to 20 people.
